Description

Some comment settings change visuals of comment threads and I find myself refreshing the page at another tab to see the change.

Perhaps these settings could be part of Customizer? If not, some settings (such as colour scheme) could have a small preview next to it.

By splitting up comment settings to visual and management settings we could make this exhaustive list of settings easier to digest:

Research direction

Review Jetpack's existing comment settings and their WordPress Customizer integration before choosing an approach. Compare moving visual settings into the Customizer with adding small previews, and define which settings belong to visual versus management groups. Done means the chosen settings are easier to adjust and their visual effects can be reviewed without manually refreshing another page.
