Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by locating Jetpack's infinite-scroll implementation and determine how the current bottom-of-page trigger works. Done means an option or filter controls when new posts begin loading, including the requested partial-page threshold, with behavior verified in the relevant tests.
