Description

Currently, visitors scroll down to the bottom then Jetpack starts pulling new posts.

### Request

Request: We have an option or filter to decide when loading new posts.
E.g: when visitors load 50% of the current page, Jetpack start pulling posts and visitors do not need to wait much.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by locating Jetpack's infinite-scroll implementation and determine how the current bottom-of-page trigger works. Done means an option or filter controls when new posts begin loading, including the requested partial-page threshold, with behavior verified in the relevant tests.
