Description

#### Steps to reproduce the issue

On WordPress.com you can easily embed an RSS feed from another site into a post or page using an RSS Shortcode - https://en.support.wordpress.com/rss-shortcode/

#### What I expected

This is not supported in Jetpack.

#### What happened instead

The person going from WordPress.com to a Jetpack supported site will instead have that RSS shortcode rendered as-is. They lose content.

Desired effect is that the RSS shortcode is repected by becoming part of Jetpack.

Research direction

Review the WordPress.com RSS shortcode behavior described at the linked support page, then locate Jetpack's shortcode handling for the relevant integration. Done means an RSS shortcode on a Jetpack-supported site is processed rather than rendered as raw text, with behavior matching the documented WordPress.com effect.
