Monitor Email: only partially translated

#### Steps to reproduce the issue
I have my WP.com account set to French. I just received a partially translated email about a status issue with one of my site:

#### What I expected
Everything to be in French.

#### What happened instead

The reported error is in English, and so is the footer.
Both strings are currently translated in GP:

- The "Jetpack Monitor" header looks a bit off to me, maybe an alignment issue? I'm using Google Inbox as my client.

Start by reviewing the screenshot and the two linked GlotPress translation entries for the error and footer strings. Compare the French-rendered email with the expected translations, including the Jetpack Monitor header in Google Inbox. Done means all visible email text is French and the reported header alignment concern is resolved.
