Stats: Allow user to generate printable report or csv

Description
Let's give users the option to export their stats as a .csv or generate a printable report, or even .pdf.
This would be a great feature for users to share a site's stats with their team, or boss, or clients, without requiring a WordPress.com account on the site.
A bonus would be able to let them customize the report, by day/week/month/all time.
For now, tech savvy users can generate their own via API (https://developer.wordpress.com/docs/api/1.1/get/sites/%24site/stats/) but let's give it a nicer interface.

Start with the WordPress.com Stats API entry point linked in the issue and review how the existing Jetpack stats interface obtains its data. Define the supported export format and report scope, including whether date ranges and printable or PDF output are required, then verify that users can share the resulting report without a WordPress.com account.
