Description
Currently, there isn't a direct or user friendly way to **rebuild sitemap**.
I've suggested a rebuild sitemap button [here](https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/7204). But I would also like to suggest **auto-rebuild for sitemaps** which would be automatically triggered **when a URL change is detected**.
This would help to automatically rebuild sitemaps on URL change!

Research direction
Start by reading the related sitemap rebuild proposal in issue #7204 and tracing how sitemap rebuilding and URL changes are currently handled in Jetpack. Define the URL-change trigger and the rebuild behavior before implementing it; done means sitemaps reliably rebuild after detected URL changes without requiring manual action.
