Description

Currently, when a custom content type is active the respective type's word links you to the editor. Since the link only appears when the type is active I didn't understand that links purpose. It feels weird. If you for some reason only have one of the two types active it is even weirder.

Now:

Instead let's link those words all the time to their respective support docs:

https://en.support.wordpress.com/portfolios/ and https://en.support.wordpress.com/testimonials/

After:

I know it should probably be another issue, but can we please underline all links in descriptive text paragraphs? See how easy it is to spot the link in Calypso ^ and how impossible it is in wp-admin right now (first screenshot).
