#### Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Setup WP + Jetpack + WPML
2. Create and translate some post
3. Add email subscribers
#### What I expected
Subscribers should be able to get notifications only for language they subscribed to.
#### What happened instead
They are notified for all languages content updates.
