Description
#### Steps to reproduce the issue
- Update to WordPress 4.7
- Upgrade to Jetpack 4.4.2
- Go to customizer
- Preview TwentySeventeen
-Add Jetpack Top Posts widget
#### What I expected
The lines to be more uniform, maybe aligned so that they're on top and below each post image
#### What happened instead
The separator lines are different widths, which makes the layout for the top posts widget feel off
