Description
In Jetpack 4.2, it is possible for any connected site admin to change the Jetpack primary user to another connected site admin. It's important for people doing client work for example, wanting to switch ownership of the site to another admin account.
That option doesn't exist on Jetpack 4.3, and the old "My Jetpack" page isn't accessible anymore.
Could we add the option back to the Connection settings card?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the current Connection settings card and the old "My Jetpack" page behavior described in the issue. Trace how connected site admins and the Jetpack primary user are handled, then verify that the completed change lets an eligible admin switch ownership to another connected site admin.
