Jetpack Social: Facebook Share button does not open share dialogue on mobile iOS

### Quick summary

On mobile iOS with the Facebook app installed, clicking the FB share icon on any site will open the Facebook app but will not open a sharing modal. It will instead just drop the user onto the homepage feed. This can be reproduced on all sites.

On desktop or with mobile browser (no FB app installed), the share modal works fine.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Have Facebook app installed and logged-in with an iOS mobile device.
2. Go to any post that has Jetpack social share icons e.g. https://jetpack.com/resources/jetpack-13-9-1-critical-security-update/
3. Click the Facebook share button.
4. Observe the Facebook app opens, the screen jiggles for a second (showing that something went wrong?), and the user is on the homepage feed with no share modal.

The share button works on desktop, but that's not necessarily a workaround. No workaround as far as I can tell, other than possibly if a user sets their iOS preferences to not open the FB app when a FB link is clicked.
