Description
#### Steps to reproduce the issue
- Comment anonymously on one of your posts, on a site that has comment moderation enabled.
- Head to WordPress.com and see the pending comment appear in your notifications
- Click the "Like" button
- Watch as the "Approve" tick lights up
- Go back to the site
- Note that the comment is _not_ approved

The comment to be approved

The comment was not approved
