Scheduled posts not counting towards daily streak

A user [reported](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/day-streak-is-not-considered-for-scheduled-posts) that scheduled posts are not counted toward the streak notifications. They are using the Jetpack mobile app. The streak appears to break if a scheduled post goes live, while manually published posts correctly contribute to the streak.

The user deleted the scheduled post and manually published it to avoid breaking their streak, as they have a high streak count and wanted to preserve it. Unfortunately, no specific scheduled post URLs are available.

For now, weasked the user for the site time-zone and for an example of post that was scheduled and wasn't counted to the daily streak waiting for their response.
