### What

I would like the Backup page shows the current progress

### How

Initially, the Backup page shows "Currently, restoring your site"

However, when you leave and go back to the page, you can't see the current progress, and can't know whether the Backup has been restored successfully

Next, if you go to the Activity page, you can see the success notice

* We display the notice of the progress of the Backup on the Backup page
* We use the snackbar to display a global notice no matter whether the current page is
