Description

### What

It would be nice to be able to allow HTML (or even Markdown) in the message that appears after form submission. Currently, it only allows plain text.

### Why

In 6423462-zd-woothemes user wanted to include a URL in the confirmation message but that URL is very long. They were looking forward to having it appear as a hyperlink, which is currently not possible.

### How

Research direction

Start by locating the Form Block implementation and the code that renders its custom submission message. Determine the intended HTML or Markdown behavior and how completion should be verified, including whether a long URL appears as a hyperlink without compromising message safety.
