Add a preview for payment button blocks

The payment button(s) blocks don't have a inserter preview, it would be nice if they did.

This was initially reported by @Gustavo-Hilario on paYJgx-5CF-p2

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open the post editor
2. Toggle the block inserter open
3. Search for payments button
4. Hover over the payments button block

Expected to see a preview of what the block looks like, probably the same as the core buttons preview

### What actually happened

The preview displayed a placeholder "No preview available"
