### Quick summary

## Summary

I received a user request for adding social media icons to their Newsletter emails. I tested this on my site without connected socials, only including a link to the socials in the Social Icons block, like this:

Here's what was displayed in each test email when I had the following styles selected:

**Default**

**Pill Shape**

**Logos Only**

Another HE tried replicating it on their test site, this time with connected socials, and the icons were displayed as a bulleted list of hyperlinks:

Both blogs tested with the "Full Text" option selected in the Newsletter settings.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce the issue with the Social Icons block in a Jetpack Newsletter using the Full Text setting and compare the Default, Pill Shape, and Logos Only outputs; done means the selected icons render correctly in the email rather than as broken images or bulleted hyperlinks.
