Description
Performance history still uses the home URL to measure page speed scores.
Boost's page speed scores now use the first page from the cornerstone pages. Performance history should also be updated to use that.

Research direction
Trace Boost's existing performance history measurement and compare it with the page speed flow that uses the first cornerstone page. Done means performance history measures the first cornerstone page instead of the home URL and reflects the same page speed scores.
