Description
### Impacted plugin
Jetpack
### What
Hide "Powered By WordPress.com" credit that appears on newsletter signup if site owner has a Business Plan
### How
I'm not sure how it works with Jetpack-only sites, but WordPress.com site owners are allowed to hide the "Powered by WordPress.com" credit at the bottom of their site. We've run into some cases where folks are upset that it still exists in the payments block.
We explain that their users must be clearly informed they're creating a WordPress.com account, but the extra "powered by" bit at the bottom could sound more like an ad; could we potentially remove it?

Research direction
Start by locating the newsletter signup or payments block that renders the “Powered By WordPress.com” credit and how Business Plan eligibility is determined. Confirm the existing account-creation disclosure requirements, then verify that eligible site owners no longer see the credit while users are still clearly informed they are creating a WordPress.com account.
