Description

### Impacted plugin

Protect

### What

The wording and UX elements that are currently displayed in the "All" tab for All Threats could be misleading, and might benefit from an update.

### How

When looking at the historical threats and clicking the "All" Tab, the "All Threats" section displays a number within a red circle. This element is supposed to indicate the total number of resolved threats. However, the red circle gives the impression that there are action items a user must take, or there are threats that need resolved.

Additionally, the wording "All Threats" is sort of misleading. When the "Fixed" Tab is selected, this changes to "All Fixed threats". Updating the wording to "All previous threats" would keep the wording consistent and show a difference between the History section and the Scanner section.

Research direction

Locate the Jetpack Protect history section and its “All” tab UI, then compare the current presentation with the screenshots in the issue. Done means the section uses “All previous threats” consistently and the resolved-threat count no longer appears as an action-item red badge.
