I would like to propose that we move the `Download this video` option away from the sharing options and to the front of the VideoPress block.
### How
Currently, the video download option is hidden away under the sharing settings as shown below:

I propose that we move this to a more prominent spot at the front of the VideoPress block provided that sharing and download options are enabled for the block.
