I would like to automatically deactivate the excerpt for each post

This wall of text is too much. Maybe you could introduce a switch for this, but a simple hook would be enough. I would have to adjust this field manually for every post. It would defeat the purpose of a plugin that automatically shares in the network. The goal would be to share only the title and the link to the post.
