Description
As people without WP.com accounts (sometimes bots!) subscribe to sites, they become "pending" subscribers until they confirm their subscription via our email.
If they don't confirm, they remain as pending subscribers indefinitely, causing different issues without backends (peKye1-MU-p2).
Let's clean the pending subscriptions out asynchronously.
