Description

Publishers can change the welcome email sent to their new subscribers:

We should allow publishers to edit the message in the block editor in a way that is similar to posts.

With that, we can also move the "top posts" section to be "top posts" block:


On the technical side, we should ensure using same mechanism as MailPoet uses to store the messages. Internal notes:
