Feature Request: Allow more insight into tags & categories stats card under Jetpack → Stats → Insights

I would like us to implement an expanded/detailed insight into the tags and categories card found under Jetpack → Stats → Insights. We currently limit the insights to the stats card which is limited to 10 tags & categories. It would be helpful if there is detailed/expanded view where remaining tags & categories are highlighted.

### How

Here is how our current card for top tags & categories looks like: 

We could add a link at the bottom with `View details` or `View all`, which redirects to an expanded view or window with additional tags & categories which are top performers.
