Keep 0.75 speed option on fullscreen, and add more speed options

Hello,

My clients report an issue with the video player speed settings. On phone, when put in fullscreen mode, the 0.75 speed isn’t available anymore, unless it has been chosen before getting in fullscreen mode.

This is a serious issue for my website, because in the music domain, the 0.75 speed is very useful. On 0.50, the sound get’s too distorted.

Would it be possible to have even more speed options?
