Description

### Impacted plugin

Jetpack

### Quick summary

When you have a standalone Jetpack Scan plan, its status isn't shown in the "Jetpack > Settings Security" view under "Backups and security scanning". Instead, we nudge to upgrade to VaultPress backup:

### Steps to reproduce

1. Add a standalone Jetpack Scan plan
2. Go to
https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/settings
3. Under "Backups and security scanning" it seems as if no plan is active

Research direction

Open the WordPress admin entry point at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/settings and reproduce the issue with a standalone Jetpack Scan plan. Inspect the “Backups and security scanning” view and verify that the Scan plan status is shown instead of an upgrade prompt; the issue is done when the active plan is accurately represented.
