"Backups and security scanning" Status is Confusing with Standalone Scan Plan

Open the WordPress admin entry point at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/settings and reproduce the issue with a standalone Jetpack Scan plan. Inspect the “Backups and security scanning” view and verify that the Scan plan status is shown instead of an upgrade prompt; the issue is done when the active plan is accurately represented.
