Description
### Impacted plugin
Jetpack, None / Other
### What
The user would like to style the blue colour because it doesn't match their site's theme; unfortunately, it's not so straight-forward to inject styles into the iframe.
### How
It'd be good if there was a way to inject styles into the Comment Form more generally, but I can imagine wanting to change the button colour being a popular request. Would be nice if there was an easy setting to do this.

Research direction
The issue identifies the Verbum Comments form and its iframe as the affected entry point, but names no files or tests. Start by locating the Comment Form implementation and determine how a setting could reach the submit button despite the iframe boundary. Done means the button colour can be changed to match a site's theme without breaking the form.
