Publicize: Undo delete triggered a publicize

I deleted and then undeleted a post using the undo button.
This triggered a publicize event and published the old post to Facebook and Twitter.

Start by reproducing the reported delete-and-undo flow using the undo button, then trace the resulting Publicize event for Facebook and Twitter. Done means restoring a deleted post no longer publishes the old post to either service.
