Description
The content feedback is being provided in English despite the content being in another language.
A first pass for a fix was provided by D134288-code, but it only worked for some languages.
This may be solved by switching the tool to use GPT-4, that is not possible right now because of https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/34736. Some prompt tunning may be necessary as well.
