Description

### Impacted plugin

Jetpack

### What

I would love to have a "Restore Default Modules" toggle on the Jetpack > Settings > Modules page

### How

Referring to this page: `/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules`

These modules have default states that likely differ between hosting (I expect WoA sites have more enabled by default than a Pressable site might, for example). Either way, if a user changes these settings, it would be a very helpful tool to offer them a way to reset to default, whatever that may be for their set up.

Use Case Examples:

- A user messes around with their site speed and performance modules, then decides that wasn't helpful and wants to undo those changes, but doesn't remember what was on by default.
- A WordPress.com customer migrates an entire site in to WordPress.com using a third party plugin, which overrides the typical WPcom default module set up.
- In this situation, often these users may end up in WordPress.com support, where HEs are manually reactivating the default modules, following these steps: P9HQHe-1Xi-p2 . A "Restore defaults" toggle would make this much easier and faster to accurately update.

Research direction

Start at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules and trace how default module states are determined for different hosting setups. Compare the intended reset behavior with the support procedure referenced as P9HQHe-1Xi-p2; done means users can restore the appropriate defaults accurately from the Modules page.
