Description

### Impacted plugin

VideoPress

### Quick summary

This issue documents confusion I found with the VideoPress card in "My Jetpack"

### Steps to reproduce

Add Jetpack to a site and experiment with adding a VideoPress plan and/or plugin

### A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I expect that the card would more accurately reflect the VideoPress status.

### What actually happened

On a default installation, "My Jetpack" shows the following for VideoPress:

Once you go in and "Enable" it:

The card still shows "Inactive":

However, I just enabled it. I think it would be better to indicate that the feature has been enabled but that a subscription will be needed to add additional videos.

Once you purchase a plan, VideoPress switches to "active":

However, it doesn't install the VideoPress plugin:

Without the VideoPress plugin installed, we don't provide the VideoPress menu link, and the VideoPress feature is more obscured. However, if the plugin is installed, the user gets an improved VideoPress UI:

Is it possible for us to install the plugin on the plan upgrade? This would give the user a better experience with VideoPress.

Additionally, I wonder if we could borrow from the "Boost" or "Search" cards to make it more appealing for users to consider testing VideoPress since we offer a 1 video trial:

Research direction

Start by reproducing the VideoPress states in the My Jetpack VideoPress card with and without the VideoPress plugin and plan. Trace how the card determines its status and how plan upgrades handle plugin availability; done means the displayed state and available VideoPress entry point accurately match the user's setup.
