AI Tiered Plans: Add usage information to the My Jetpack AI card

This would be similar to the sidebar usage info, but inside the product card on My Jetpack.

We may need to:

- create the component to show the usage (may not be the same as the sidebar)
- plug the component on the My Jetpack product card
- connect the component with the usage data source (same as the sidebar)

This is a follow up to the MVP and should not be include on the first iteration, unless there is time available.

Start by locating the My Jetpack product card and the existing sidebar usage information described in the issue, then compare how the usage data source is connected. Done means the card displays the relevant AI usage information using a suitable component and the existing usage data source.
