Add a prompt to add server credentials, so users don't scramble to do it when they actually need to run the auto-fixer.
### How
Add a prompt adapted from the VaultPress Backup **Add your server credentials**.
Right now for Scan, it shows nothing. The prompt only comes up if there are threats and the user wants to run the auto-fixer.
