When subscribing to a site, one currently sees the following popup:
The contents of the popup are defined on WordPress.com, and cannot be customized. The link currently links to https://wordpress.com/support/contact/
While folks can eventually receive help when navigating the support page, it would be nice if we could point them to **a more specific contact form** specifically designed to help them with their subscription issues, asking them questions related to their problem and offering a set of suggestions related to common subscription management issues.
