Enhancement for Slideshow Block: Increase autoplay delay setting beyond 5 seconds

Currently, the block editor allows you to configure a delay between 1-5 seconds, but no longer than 5 seconds. We heard from a user in the Jetpack forums who would like to be able to set a delay longer than that.

### How

Add the functionality to this slider, either increasing the available range or making it a free-form field.

Start in the Jetpack block editor by locating the Slideshow block's autoplay delay slider and reviewing how its current 1–5 second range is defined. Decide whether the control should allow a larger range or free-form values, then verify that delays longer than five seconds can be configured and applied.
