### Quick summary

The Jetpack Search Filter widget always shows 5 filters, not applying the number set by the user.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable Jetpack Search Free.
2. Go to Apperance ---> Widgets.
3. Customize the maximum number of filters in the Jetpack Search sidebar.
4. Save the changes.
5. Go to the live site.

### What you expected to happen

To see the number of filters I set.

### What actually happened

5 filters were shown regardless of the number set in Appearance ---> Widgets.
