Description
### Impacted plugin
Backup
### What
Warn WooCommerce users they may loose more current orders, etc when restoring a 24-hr old backup.
### How
From 6172419-zen:
> I decided to restore to previous version 16 hrs into the 'new' day... In this period we have received >25 booking transactions I wasn't aware off (bookings, cancellations, comments to existing bookings, booking confirmations etc.) - all these disappeared with the restoration and had to be manually restored, which took more than a day...
> IDEA FOR YOU: It will be a good idea with a warning, reminder etc about the consequences for woocommerce, mailchimp etc....

Research direction
Start by locating the Backup restore flow and checking how WooCommerce sites are identified; the issue provides no file or test entry point. Reproduce a restore of a 24-hour-old backup and define the warning's scope, including which newer orders or related activity users must be told may be overwritten.
