Many of the upgrade flows from the plugin and My Jetpack take people to a wpcom-branded login screen at wordpress.com/log-in. They should all be taken to the Jetpack-branded one at https://wordpress.com/log-in/jetpack.

### Steps to reproduce

- Fully connect a site to WordPress.com
- Log yourself out of WordPress.com
- Find an upgrade button, such as:

- Follow the flow

In short, happens in at least all the flows using the Jetpack Redirect https://jetpack.com/redirect/?source=jetpack-product-description-checkout&path=jetpack_videopress&site=SITE_URL, which I think is used in all of the `
