Make individual WooCommerce products selectable in Widget Visibility, like Pages are

In the current implementation of Widget Visibility, individual static Pages can be selected, but only the entire category of WooCommerce Products. Please enhance this function to include individual Products as well.

As an additional enhancement, it would also be great if the Tags option in Visibility would also work for Product Tags. or if an additional option Product Tags were available.

Start by locating Jetpack's Widget Visibility implementation and the existing handling for selecting individual Pages. Compare that path with WooCommerce Product visibility, then define the completion check as individual Products being selectable; Product Tags are also requested as an additional enhancement.
