Description
### Impacted plugin
Jetpack
### What
The jetpack/button block has typography controls. The jetpack/recurring-payments block uses a jetpack/button block. Users should be able to use typography controls on jetpack/recurring-payments to manipulate the underlying jetpack/button's typography settings.
### How
This is a follow-up to #26252 which added controls to the jetpack/payment-buttons block, in which jetpack/recurring-payments blocks are often contained, and #25928 in which typography controls were added to individual jetpack/button blocks.
See the end of this video for where the controls should appear https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1989914/193994993-d6890366-9448-43c3-8683-8d5f0b2383a4.mp4
Adding the controls to jetpack/recurring-payments should directly manipulate the controls of the underlying jetpack/button blocks, there's no need for them to be independent.

Research direction
Start by reviewing follow-ups #26252 and #25928, then inspect the jetpack/recurring-payments block and its underlying jetpack/button blocks. Use the linked video to confirm where the controls should appear; done means the recurring-payments controls directly manipulate the underlying buttons' typography settings.
