Research direction
Reproduce the issue on a Simple-plan test site by adding a premium block such as a WhatsApp button and viewing the entry on the front of the site, then compare it with the editor view. The work is done when the upgrade banner has internal padding on the front end across themes without changing the already-correct editor appearance.
