Description

### Impacted plugin

Jetpack, Backup

### What

Activity from the Site Editor to show up in the Activity Log with Restore and Download options

### How

When editing templates and template parts in the Site Editor, it would be great if these changes could be tracked in the Activity Log as events, and with the possibility to Restore to that point and Download a copy.

Suggested entry in the Activity Log:

Research direction

The issue mentions Jetpack, Backup, the Site Editor, templates, template parts, and the Activity Log, but names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the Activity Log and Site Editor integration areas. Done means template and template-part changes appear as Activity Log events with working Restore and Download options.
