"Resume" is something that can mean multiple things in other languanges as well in English. It can mean "To resume" or "A resume".
So, maybe add a translators note so it's clear what it is.
Since it's used as a block, I guess it's going to be "a resume" and not the verb.

Research direction
Start with the linked translate.wordpress.org entry for the Jetpack "Resume" string, then search the repository for that exact string to locate its source. Done means the source includes a translator note that clearly identifies whether "Resume" is the noun or the verb, and the translation context reflects that clarification.
