VideoPress: Video upload block stretching to full width in editor.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. On a site using a theme which is not block-based (such as Twenty Twenty One), enable VideoPress.
2. Via the wp-admin post editor, upload a video.
3. Notice the block stretching to full-width in the editor and back to regular width several times during the upload process.
4. Switch to a block-based theme (such as Twenty Twenty Two), upload another video, and notice the above behaviour doesn't occur.
5. Selecting the video from the media library instead of uploading also results in the same behaviour.

Uploading a video using a non-block based theme would show the same behaviour in the post editor as a block-based theme, which is to not stretch to full-width in the upload process.
