Payment Block
### What
Remove Subscription Wording For One Time Payment Block Payments
### How
**Description:**
When a customer checks out with a payment block for one-time payments, there is wording stating that they are creating a WordPress.Com account to manage the subscription. Since it is a one-time payment, it may confuse a customer and cause them to not move forward with the purchase.
Exact wording: " By clicking Pay, you agree to create a WordPress.Com account or use your existing WordPress.Com account to manage this subscription."
**Expected behavior:**
It would be beneficial to have wording stating this is a "one-time payment" or even how many payments a customer has for the subscription.
**Actual behavior:**
There isn't any way a customer knows how many payments are attached to their subscription during checkout.
**Steps to reproduce the issues:**
Attempt to make a payment using the payments block. The credit card screen shows the subscription wording.

Research direction
Start by reproducing checkout with the Payment Block and inspect where the credit-card screen displays the exact subscription wording. Done means one-time payments no longer show language about managing a subscription and the checkout clearly communicates the payment arrangement; no file or test is identified in the issue.
