If a widget is added to the Search widget area, the widget title font size should be smaller

### How

Currently if you add a widget into the Search overlay widget area, the titles are shown in a very large font size like this:


Although adding additional widgets to this area is not specifically encouraged at this time, if someone chooses to do so, the font size of the titles should be smaller.

The issue identifies the Twenty Twenty-Two theme's Search overlay widget area as the entry point, but names no file or test. Inspect the widget-title styles used by that overlay and compare the current title size with the smaller sizing requested; done means titles render smaller there without affecting other widget areas.
