Infinite Scroll does not work correctly with Storefront when loading more categories on the Shop Page

### Steps to Reproduce

1) Install the StoreFront Theme
2) Go to `Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalogue > Shop page display` and set it to show Categories
3) Go to `Jetpack Settings > Writing > Infinite Scroll` and then choose 'Load more posts in-page with a button'
4) Open the Shop Page and press the 'More Products' button, which should then cause the categories to be repeated

I could not replicate the issue with Twenty Twenty One, it seems specific to StoreFront.

Reproduce the issue with the Storefront theme, category-only Shop Page settings, and Jetpack Infinite Scroll configured to use the “More Products” button. Trace the Shop Page loading behavior after the button is pressed; done means additional categories load without repeats, or the button is hidden when no categories remain.
