Masterbar: My Profile panel doesn't close after the Notification panel is opened

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Jetpack connected website
2. Click on the "My Profile" button to open the panel
3. Open the Notifications panel as well
4. Click outside the panel - this will bring back the "My Profile" panel
5. Click again outside the panel to close it - it won't close

I've expected it to close just as I would open it without opening the Notifications panel

The "My profile" panel didn't close unless I click on the button I opened it from in the first place.
