#### Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Go to Posts > Add New on a site that's connected to WordPress.com.
2. Insert a gallery. When selecting images, you have the option to upload from external sources.
3. Once you've inserted that first gallery, however, you cannot add more media from external sources: you only have the option to your Media library.
